Argentina has a few traditions that are important to celebrate. One of those is "La revolucion de mayo" which is "the May Revolution" in English, This occurs every year on May 25 , it marks the anniversary of Argentine independence form Spain in 1810. Another celebration is "El Carnaval del Pais" which is a really big festival which Argentina calls a public holiday. And one more celebration is "El Dia de tradicion" which is "the Day of Tradition" in English, this is celebrated on November 10 which is just a week filled with parties, concerts, parades and feasts. But what its really for is the birth of Jose Hernandez who is a writer and a poet. People in Argentina greet each other with real meant and polite kisses or hugs. Pretty much the only acceptable physical contact is a friendly handshake. Education in Argentina is pretty and considered one of the most advanced, education is also free for public schools but for private schools you have to pay.
